Portuguese Speaking Order Managment Specialist

 

 

Our international partner is looking for an Order to Cash Representative to join their Budapest-based team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, and cash collection, while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. What you will be doing:

The role covers end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, divided into two main areas:

  • Order to Delivery (O2D):
    • Enter and monitor customer orders in SAP (including EDI).
    • Manage customer master data and order-related communications.
    • Handle product availability, shipment tracking, returns, and export documentation.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet O2D KPIs.
  • Invoice to Cash (I2C):
    • Manage cash collection and ensure timely payments.
    • Send account statements and resolve invoice-related issues.
    • Support cash flow through proactive follow-up and adjustments.
    • Collaborate with credit managers, finance, and customers to resolve disputes.
    • Analyze AR reports and take action to meet I2C KPIs.

 

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

  • University or college degree.
  • Fluency in English and the supported country language, Portuguese (Spanish knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Experience in SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, or project management is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
