Your tasks will be as an OSH System Specialist:
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve internal OSH systems and tools, ensuring reliability, usability, data integrity, and standardized system usage.
- Act as the central point of contact for OSH incident management, coordinating system‑based incident reporting, tracking, and follow‑up.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and high‑quality OSH incident reporting by supporting correct system usage, data completeness, and documentation standards.
- Monitor incident status, data quality, and trends across regions, supporting transparent tracking from notification to closure.
- Consolidate incident data and insights to support lessons learned, prevention activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance OSH data models, dashboards, and reports (e.g. Power BI), supporting the transition from Excel‑based reporting and enabling clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of OSH data used for reporting, performance monitoring, and decision‑making, in close collaboration with IT and Business Intelligence teams.
- Provide incident‑related dashboards, reports, and analyses to regional OSH teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain system‑related training materials, user guides, and documentation, and provide hands‑on training and support to end users.
- Act as first‑line system support, troubleshooting issues and enabling effective use of OSH platforms and reporting tools.
- Maintain and structure OSH SharePoint sites and OSH hubs to ensure up‑to‑date, accessible, and well‑organized information.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the OSH organization through data‑driven insights.
- Manage multiple system, reporting, and incident‑related activities in parallel using a structured and pragmatic approach.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of OSH systems, reporting tools, and related business processes, and collaborate closely with regional OSH, functional, and IT partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Safety Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in OSH, data analysis, reporting, systems support, or a related environment.
- Practical experience supporting OSH incident management processes, including digital incident reporting, tracking, documentation, and closure follow‑up.
- Experience working with OSH and incident data, including preparation of reports, dashboards, and trend analysis to support learning and prevention.
- Hands‑on experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), supported by solid MS Office skills and basic data modeling.
- Ability to support system users with incident‑ and data‑related questions and reporting requirements.
- Good understanding of the importance of timely, accurate, and transparent incident information in effective safety management.
- Fluent in English.
