Join our multinational partner’s rapidly expanding team as a German-speaking OTC Analyst.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in OTC or Customer Service and speaks English and German fluently.
We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, including over the phone, who can solve complex issues, create process documentation when need. This person will also contribute to transitions and play an active role in process improvements, bringing added value to the team.
Job summary:
- Order Management: Accurately capture, validate, and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with business rules.
- Customer Focus: Deliver high-quality service with precision and a customer-centric mindset.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues such as IDOC failures and coordinate with IT and other teams to resolve them.
- Commercial Conditions: Maintain and upload pricing agreements and commercial terms in line with company policies and compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Trade teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce exceptions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and preventive controls in all commercial activities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- 2–4 years in order processing, customer service, or contract management
- Proficiency in SAP (S4 Hana preferred), Microsoft Excel; OCR tools are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
