A customer service team is being built in the heart of Budapest, where communication exclusively takes place in writing with those clients who use our client’s application for managing their investments.

After comprehensive training, your tasks will be as follows:

• Responding to written (chat, email) inquiries from clients within specified deadlines
• Escalating complex, emerging issues to the appropriate colleague
• Maintaining close communication with colleagues in London who perform a similar role
• Reporting and continuous coordination with the professional lead located in London.
• Participation in projects and opportunities for improving existing processes

The following expectations were expressed:

• Diploma or Ongoing Studies: Considering that this is an 8-hour position
• Customer-Oriented Mindset: Advantageous if you already have experience in customer communication
• Confident English Language Skills: The entire selection process is conducted in English, and sophisticated language proficiency is a key criterion
