Customer Support Representative (FULL HOME OFFICE)

Our American Direct Sales partner company is marketed more than 200 first class skincare nutritional supplements products. They are looking for a Customer Support Representative candidate.

What you will be doing:
• Providing the best possible service to the customers and distributors
• Answering customers and distributors by phone and email
• Providing product / order information, resolving product/order problems
• Tracking or modifying data in the system
• Keeping in touch with other departments
• Participating in trainings

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Fluent in English AND Polish
• Well-balanced in all situations
• Create a broad overview of your tasks and priorities
• Preferably you have an interest in skin and body care products
• Hand-on experience with customer service is a plus
