 Global real estate company is looking for an EMEA Group Reporting Senior Accountant colleague.

Your tasks as an EMEA Group Reporting Senior Accountant

• EMEA P&L & Balance Sheet Analytics – variance analysis and commentary consolidation
• Monthly normalisation reporting and review
• Quarterly supplemental reporting
• Take part in process improvement projects including balance sheet, treasury and fixed asset reporting and governance
• Provide support to Global Finance, the EMEA Reporting Manager and process owners in the implementation/upgrade of new systems, technical accounting standards and process changes especially those impacting both Internal and external reporting
• Provide support in the creation and maintenance of Close and Reporting related Policies and Processes
• Support organisational change initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management reporting changes, internal organisational)

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience at an international level
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience in process improvement and group consolidation is a plus
• Exposure and working with U.S GAAP is also an advantage
• Critical thinking, great attention to detail, and ability to work independently
