What you will be doing as a Customer Support Representative:
• Providing the best possible service to the customers and distributors
• Answering customers and distributors by phone and email
• Serving customers by providing product and order information and resolving product and order problems.
• Tracking or modifying data in the system
• Keeping in touch with other departments
• Participating in trainings

Nice to have:
• Fluency in English/French/Spanish/German/Polish
• Well-balanced in all situations
• Create a broad overview of your tasks and priorities
• Preferably you have an interest in skin and body care products
• Hand-on experience with customer service is a plus
