Your tasks will be as an Accounting Senior Manager:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Accountants
• Create a motivating working atmosphere
• Participate in transition of Accounting processes from Europe
• Be responsible for process standardization and improvement projects
• Create and provide presentations on project status and results
• Implementation of improvement potentials and monitoring for results
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with the business

Nice to have:
• Bachelors' degree
• Advanced English language skill
• People management experience in managing financial team
• 5 years of working experience in a financial SSC
• Transition experience is a plus
