Our multinational partner is looking for a German Speaking HR Team Leader to join their stable team.

Our partner has a history of more than 70 years on the market, and they are experts in the industrial machinery manufacturing field.

They have an easily accessible modern and newly renovated office in the 14th District and provide 3 days home office/week.

Job summary:
• Lead the Employee and Manager Service Team as first point of contact for all related HR requests
• Participate actively in HR projects and coordinate HR operations
• Collaborate with various HR departments and the business in all HR administrative topics
• Ensure efficient delivery of employee experience and customer satisfaction
• Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the regional HR Operations
• Be responsible for setting individual and team goals and perform people management tasks
• Monitor service levels and KPI’s and ensure effective team performance

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and German
• Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree
• 3-5 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
• People management experience
• Excellent communicational skills
• Experience in SAP and ServiceNow are beneficial
