A German multinational company is looking for an Employee & Manager Services Specialist.

What you will be doing as an Employee & Manager Services Specialist:
• Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact to solve respective inquiries across the DACH region
• Support the development of Employee and Manager services standards, processes and policies to provide a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience
• Contribute actively in HR projects and engage in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
• Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes
• Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
• Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE

Nice to have:
• 1-2 years’ work experience in providing high-quality customer services regarding HR administration
• Fluency in English & German
• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
• Experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
• Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
