As a Business Development Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for development of strategic plans and annual initiatives
- Fulfilling company business goals
- Developing essential business relationships
- Providing counselling, motivation, sales management and educational support to your team
- Producing sales development
- Organizing and executing events, planning contents
- Supporting the General Manager by providing proactive ideas and advice to support business performance measures
To be a successful Business Development Manager, you will need:
- Economic related studies
- Leading experience
- Proven track record of successful business development, sales, account management or marketing in a B2B environment (3+ years)
- Strong experience in direct selling
- Excellent knowledge of the Hungarian market and business activities
- Confident and proficient English language knowledge
- Charismatic personality
