Sales Executive – Logistics field - Spedition (3+ years of experience, Budapest)

Our client is an internationally operating freight forwarding company that coordinates complex logistics processes, with a particular focus on integrating road and rail transport. Through its services, it provides a reliable link between manufacturers, traders, and target markets.

We are looking for a new colleague to join their dynamically growing team — someone who doesn’t just sell, but helps shape the future with them.

What you will be doing as a Sales Executive:

  • Develop business opportunities by acquiring new customers
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain and continuously improve client satisfaction levels
  • Negotiate terms and prepare contracts with new and existing clients
  • Prepare and send tailored price offers
  • Lead and manage assigned projects and tenders from start to finish
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships
  • Participate in business review meetings with key clients
  • Monitor, gather, and distribute market knowledge about competitors, capacities, pricing, and customers
  • Keep the records about sales activities up to date in the corporate CRM

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of acquiring new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets – 3+ years of experience is required
  • Demonstrable experience in freight forwarding / spedition sectors is a must have
  • Fluent in English – the whole recruitment process is in English, daily usage of the English (oral and written as well)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Independence, result-oriented mindset, hunter attitude in the daily routine
