Job description

Relocation advisor, financial planning and tax consulting company looks for a new Relocation Advisor colleague, who could be responsible for coordinating relocation processes for a given client portfolio. Our partner has more than 20 years of experience in the market and has been present in Hungary for more than 10 years. In this position you could be responsible for complex processes while participating in international projects in a multinational environment.

What you will be doing:
• Support a given client portfolio for a specific region
• Coordinate clients’ permanent residency and citizenship processes worldwide
• Day-to-day management of international residency permits and verifications
• Follow foreign policies and conditions regarding international residency and citizenship matters and support second citizenship planning processes
• Obtain residency permits for clients
• Assist clients whenever necessary
• Comply with all internal processes
• Monitor important tasks and deadlines
• Support clients with information and assist them during the whole procedure

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Fluency in English
• Russian language knowledge is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance/legal assistance/relocation assistance/international migration/immigration coordination/mobility
• Outstanding time management skills
• Openness to international work culture and to the acquisition of international regulations and policies
• Can-do attitude, proactivity
• Attention to details
• Dependable and tenacious personality
