Job summary
- Acting as the point of contact for stakeholders manage and track learning activities.
- Interaction with various HR functions and with the business to ensure that learning services, processes and policies are continuously improved and effectively implemented across the business.
- End-to-end administration and coordination of tranings throughout the whole delivery process from scheduling , through organization to reporting in a compliant and timely manner
- Take responsibility in the implementation of learning standards, processes and policies across HR SCE to create an excellent employee experience and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the analysis of learning needs and preparation of regional training plans
- Supporting the continuous improvement and development of solutions, products, and projects where needed with the aim of providing innovative learning experiences .
- Engage in the further development of HR SCE's learning services to ensure the delivery of a progressive, efficient and consistent learning portfolio
- Ensuring cost-effective development of the learning services strategy and monitor stream performance indicators.
Requirements:
- At least BA degree
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an advantage
- Min. 1 year of experience in Learning Solutions field
- Experience with a ticketing tool
- Experience with learning – related reporting
- Experience in project coordination & management and
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Excellent communications skills, ability to work in a structured and independent way, possessing of a pragmatic approach, reliable, punctual, empathetic, maintains good customer relationship
- Proactivity, politeness and helpfulness towards peers and customers
- Ability to work effectively in a structured way according to the process documentation, fully independently and in team, with an eye to the details, problems and a focus on solutions with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work.
- Experience in the set-up, transition, project management and continuous improvement in the learning solutions environment is advantage
- Experience with Cornerstone is an advantage
