Your tasks will be as an OTC SME:
- Support the transition of Order to Cash processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest
- Working with the CI and SCE Management on the design of the O2C strategy, provide support in Strategic Initiatives
- Plan and monitor the quality and knowledge of the team, help in hiring additional team members according to anticipated workload
- Proactive in stakeholder management ensure timely project status update on O2C transition, highlight milestones and keep deadlines
- Identify and mitigate the risk during O2C project transition
- Train and coach new team members for O2C process
- Lead by example a cross-functional collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and actively drive the change management
- Play an active role in the implementation of O2C Accounting processes from European entities to Hungary
- Participate and lead projects assigned to the role (incl. Process optimization, Best Practice implementation)
- Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical experts and identify, evaluate and resolve issues (incl. process improvements)
- Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures
- Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
- Provide Support the Senior Accounting Manager to monitor the team's performance against deliverables set in the Service Levels Agreements
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience in O2C SME role or 4 years in Senior Order to Cash Accountant position.
- Accounting experience in other processes beneficial
- Proven track record in process optimization
- High proficiency in the end-to-end O2C process
- Professional accountancy qualification
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business
- Professional working knowledge in English, French is advantage
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- User level experience with SAP FI
- Experience in process automation
- Enthusiasm for establishing and ramping up a new Shared Service Center
- Entrepreneurial & Self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong team-player who can build and motivate a process team
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
