Marketing Specialist

Information Technology & Services company is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

Your tasks will be as a Marketing Specialist:

• Coordinating the production of regional / local collaterals leveraging the graphic designers of the Content team, and the Central marketing automation team: print collaterals (brochures, flyers, large format print, event invitation, etc.) or online collaterals (email, newsletter, landing page, etc.) to support local or regional initiatives
• Checking the Global repositories to determine if suitable content already exists and can be leveraged, or if it needs to be created anew
• Understanding the requestor’s need, the goal and background of a project and briefing the Content team / Content Operations / Automation teams accordingly
• Following up the creation process/milestones to ensure the schedule is kept
• Pre-validating the drafts to avoid unnecessary reviews
• Communicating the assets to key stakeholders (marketing or sales)
• Coordinating the creation of various assets for Marketing Kits and working with the content operations team to upload on partner portals
• Management of the internal tool’s portal pages in terms of uploading new content
• Providing PR and event & webinar support
• Troubleshooting marketing tools outages / errors with the technical assistance of the Global Operations team

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years related marketing experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams 
• Excellent level in English (French would be a plus)
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite platform (Adobe experience is an advantage)
