Multinational company is looking for a German speaking Learning Specialist.

What you will be doing as a Learning Specialist:
• Support in learning demands analysis and set up regional training plan
• Manage Learning Deployment / Administration of trainings in the Learning Management System
• Keep regular contact with trainers and employees
• Manage training reporting activities
• Conduct local and regional training roll- outs
• Drive processes, learning standards and policies across the region

Nice to have:
• Fluency in German and English languages
• Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree
• > 2 years of experience in delivering high quality customer services in HR, preferably learning services
• Experience in establishing learning services as well as developing procedures and processes
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with Cornerstone, ServiceNow and SF EC is beneficial
