Job summary:
• Take responsibility for a smooth recruitment operation process in collaboration with hiring managers & local HR
• Manage the administration of vacancies, advertisements and the candidate pipeline
• Take responsibility for candidate relationship management, interview organization and ensure a seamless candidate and customer experience
• Scale the company with smart, visionary employees who want to make a difference
• Support the pre-selection of candidates as needed
• Assist in the definition of sourcing strategies, build up candidate pipelines and retain strong networks and talent pools for future hiring need
• Have an impact by accompanying internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
• Contribute your experience and knowledge at any time to optimize our partner company’s internal processes and standards

• Fluency in German and English languages
• Academic background in business administration or a similar degree
• Preferably some HR related experience in an international working environment
• Enthusiastic to extent knowledge in talent acquisition – both in terms of business trends and technology trends
• Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
• Enjoy working in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
