Join our multinational partner company, which will establish a Master Data team in their brand-new COE in Budapest.
The key purpose of this role is to create and maintain Master Data in Oracle, keeping data quality & integrity within the systems.

Your tasks will be as a Junior Master Data Specialist:
• Responsible for entering and validating data received from the business in the relevant template (in Oracle)
• Make sure that all mandatory data for each data element is created or updated as required
• Ensure accurate data in the Oracle aligned with the respective check list available
• Master data creation, for items, suppliers and customers
• Support root cause analyses and provide implement improvements.
• Execute mass uploads in system
• Extract Master Data Reports from Oracle as per business needs

Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Diploma in administration, business or equivalent
• 6 months - 1 year internship experience in ERP system
• Ability to work with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, good Excel skills
• Understanding of Master Data principles is an advantage
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members
