Inventory Specialist

Our multinational client is looking for an Inventory Specialist colleague.

Job summary:
The main responsibility of the Inventory is to optimize the stock level according to the Marketing and Sales needs.
Responsible for the Customer Claim Management:
• Register and follow-up of the claims
• Ensure the in-time response by the logistic provider
• Provide the necessary information to the Customer Service and ensure the establish of correction invoices / credit notes
Manage the inbound deliveries (DRP):
• Control the shipments
• Ensure the in-time store-in of the shipments
• Planning and re-planning of the deliveries and share the information with concerns departments
• Manage and follow-up of the discrepancies
Responsible for the activity of the Logistic Provider:
• Ensure the correct stock level
• Carry out inventory checking in the warehouse
• Control and report of all the logistic provider’s KPIs
• Organize and follow up return of overstocks and slow-moving stock to suppliers
• Manage the yearly reporting /credit note requests with the suppliers

Key requirements:
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• 5 years’ experience in Logistics field
• Experience in ERP System
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability, reactivity, dynamism
• Accuracy, reliability, reactivity
