Your role:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team, maintaining customer records, and managing documentation requirements.
- Administrate incoming RFQs using CRM system and online trackers.
- Look up item details and collect necessary data from QAD, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
- Identify missing data for quotes and request input from Outside Sales, GAM, or Customer.
- Initiate RFQ process by creating project and Spot RFQ records in HubSpot/Smartsheet and complete associated forms.
- Follow up regularly with Sourcing on Spot requests and Projects.
- Prepare customer offers upon receiving pricing data from Sourcing.
- Follow-up with customer on all generated quotations to assure that they are being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution.
- Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
- Lead the process of item setup, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product codes in the ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Service Team, Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational alignment.
- Assist Sales Team by managing customer price lists maintenance in the ERP system.
- Forward received purchase orders to Program Management for execution.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training, and development sessions.
- Gain familiarity of the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods.
- Commitment to environmental protection and compliance with occupational health and safety management system rules.
This Position Is For You If You Have:
- High school degree. Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an inside sales or sales administrative support role.
- Qualified applicants must be customer-oriented and motivated with excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hungarian other European language knowledge is a plus.
- Driving license (cat.B) preferred.
