What you will be doing as an HR Specialist:
• Participate in HR administration processes for the English, Irish and BeNeLux region
• Recruitment support: participate in screening candidates, creating and posting job
advertisements
• Lead briefing phone calls with potential candidates and organize further calls and
meetings with the HR Team
• Support, organize and facilitate local learning activities in cooperation with the Learning
Team
• Actively participate in employee lifecycle related HR administration, such as contract
preparation and changes, onboarding and offboarding checklists or maintaining files and
data
• Process change documentation
• Participate in internal transition projects
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• Dutch language knowledge is greatly appreciated, but not required
• College or university degree
• 2 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment
• Strong administrative as well as organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint,
Outlook and Word
• Experience with SFEC and ServiceNow are beneficial
