What you will be doing as an HR Assistant:
• Performing administrative tasks related to the collection and preparation of payroll
• Administrating cafeteria, stock purchase and other benefits
• Performing tasks related to establishment/termination of employment
• Managing labour related records and documentation
• Registering employees in the company’s central HR database
• Monitoring health regulations and organizing necessary examinations and trainings
• Liaising with employees, payroll vendors, recruitment agencies and training institutions
• Organization of onboarding
• Participating in creating/updating policies and process descriptions related to HR
• Participating in Recruitment and HR Projects
• Assisting the Business Administration Manager
• Handling administration related to company fleet
• Monitoring work and fire protection regulations and organizing necessary tests and trainings
• Organizing team building events
• Participating in projects related to business administration

Nice to have:
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
• University degree
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and networking skills
