Greek Speaking Accounts Payable Accountant (12. district, 3 days home office/week)

Job description

Our people-oriented Swedish-based partner company, specializing in the health industry, is looking for a Greek Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist colleague for their new project.

 

Our client is gradually migrating the financial processes of the supported countries. Currently, the AP and GL

support for several countries is handled from the Budapest office (family sized operation: 60 FTE; end to end process)

 

The next step in this process is the accounting of Greek supplier invoices!  - We are now looking for junior and senior experts for this task.

 

Apply if you have confident Greek language skills and either existing experience in the financial field or are open to starting your career in this area!

 

Your tasks will be as an Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Handling and accounting incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Supporting the transition of invoice processing and accounting functions
  • Managing vendor accounts
  • Keeping internal database up to date
  • Act as a main contact point for arising issues
  • Creating payment proposals
  • Maintaining communication with various departments

Requirements:
