What you will be doing:
- Ensures back-office support for the ASPs requests: main customer for the claim manager are the company’s subcontracted service partners (ASPs) and other internal teams located in different countries
- 3 main activities: parts ordering release; monthly partner payment validation; partner relationship management
- Manage Authorized Service Providers´ warranty claims
- Handle exceptions in system transactions (parts ordering release & warranty coverage validation)
- Ensure a proper asset data (device localisation and warranty coverage) in cooperation with the responsible Service Contracts Team
- Report any technical issues which can occur on the Partner Portal, (warranty claim process issue) to the responsible
- Key User
- Ensure that partners are following the correct process by monitoring their activity, maintaining regular communication with them and suggesting process improvements to the in-country managers based on partner feedback
- Support partners in questions related to administrative processes (Claim process, Partner Portal, payment eligibility of completed activities)
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
- High school degree minimum
- Experience in services, contract administration, order management or other customer services
- Fluent in English and the language of the supported country
- Knowledge of any other European language is a plus
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Experience in reporting or data analysis or Dynamics system is a plus
