German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job summary:
- Manage incoming cases to our customer support (by email), many of the customer questions are regarding our products
- Proactively help our customers through a desire to constantly improve our processes
- Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the E-commerce team
- Make our customers our super-ambassadors
- Make a real impact while building this new team together with Team leader and team colleagues
Key requirements:
- Strong intermediate English + strong written intermediate German
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Front office experience acceptable
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, open-minded attitude
