German Speaking Customer Service Representative


Our multinational client is looking for a Customer Sales Support Representative colleague.

Job summary:

  • Manage incoming cases to our customer support (by email), many of the customer questions are regarding our products
  • Proactively help our customers through a desire to constantly improve our processes
  • Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the E-commerce team
  • Make our customers our super-ambassadors
  • Make a real impact while building this new team together with Team leader and team colleagues

 

Key requirements:

  • Strong intermediate English + strong written intermediate German
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Front office experience acceptable
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, open-minded attitude
