German multinational company is looking for a German speaking HR Reporting Specialist colleague.

What you will be doing as an HR Reporting Specialist:

  • Manage HR-related data and support the processes in the DACH region
  • Display the implementation of different HR business processes using the reporting dashboard
  • Provide core data for the annual HR reports
  • Support the implementation of new reporting processes and technical changes
  • Accompany internal HR projects
  • Participate in process improvement



  • Fluency in German and English
  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
  • 2+ years in reporting and analytics
  • Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
  • Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
  • Advanced computer skills, experience with SAP SFEC or ServiceNow is a plus
