Our logistics solution provider partner looks for a Freight Forwarding Team Leader who could support daily operation of the freight forwarding team. They have a stable presence in Hungary and Europe with almost 30 000 employees across the continent. You would directly report to the Hungarian Branch Manager and support him in operational tasks. What you will be doing:
• Management of the cross-border road transportation also from an operational point of view
• Managing a team of 2, supporting their daily operation
• Be responsible specifically for the road segment and for the implementation of new customers
• Be in contact with the service partners and support their expansion
• Monitor ongoing processes and team KPIs, search for process improvement gaps and participate in the implementation of new solutions
• Monitor resources and capacity of the team, productivity and key figures of business
• Create analysis and reports
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding (prior managerial experience is not a must have criteria)
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Very good knowledge of the most common MS Office products
• Excellent communicational skills
