Finance Transition and Project Manager (14. district, 3 home office/weeks)

Job description

 Our German multinational partner company is looking for a Finance Transition and Project Manager colleague for their growing SSC.

The ideal candidate should have about 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Sector, of which at least 3 years is international transition project management.

Your tasks will be as a Finance Transition and Project Manager:
• Support the establishment and strategic development of the SSC start-up
• Manage the transitions from the countries to Budapest (including preparation and stabilization)
• Support the Finance teams in the implementation of cross-country standard processes
• Play an active role in the introduction of new technologies to drive the digital transformation
• Perform the project management tasks, e.g. keeping track of the business case, regularly reporting on the overall program status to key program stakeholders or keeping track on the transition project plan
• Be a part of the Financial Community in Europe Africa and work closely together with our international Finance colleagues
• Develop and conduct trainings and workshops in the countries and promote best practice sharing

• University degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in the finance business services sector. Your hands-on experience with one or more of these processes: MDM/P2P/O2C/R2R
• Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP; etc.) which you can apply in practice.
• You lead by example a cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and actively drive changes to support the transformation journey
• Professional fluency in English (additional languages (French or Spanish) is an advantage)
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
