 A German multinational company is looking for a Dutch Speaking HR Administration Specialist colleague.

Job summary:
• Support the administration for the entire operational HR work along the employee life
cycle for the BeNeLux countries
• Support recruitment processes, draft and post job ads, screen candidates resumes and job
applications, shortlist candidates, organize and effectuate briefing calls with candidates,
Local HR and hiring managers
• Support, organize and facilitate local learning activities and deploy trainings in cooperation
with local HR and Learning Partner
• Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a
strong focus on operational HR topics and administrative procedures e.g., contract
preparation and changes, onboarding checklist or maintaining files and data
• Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
• Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and
access to be in line with policies
• Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
• Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR
SCE


Nice to have:
Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
• 2 years of experience in providing high-quality customer services regarding HR
administration and/or recruitment
• Good communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills as well as
interest in being in close contact to employees, managers and local HR
• Strong administrative as well as organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, esp.
when managing multiple open requisitions
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint,
Outlook and Word, combined with tech and digitization affinity; experience with SAP
SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
