Your tasks will be as a Digital Learning Production Specialist:
• Work closely together with our European Learning Function in creating engaging trainings
• Take responsibility for the design of learning & training activities with compelling course content
• Work together with subject matter experts from all of Europe to create the target audience’s training needs
• Engage in setting instructional end goals and creating the content that matches them
• Visualize the learning experience from instructional graphics to the end product
• Keep an eye on current trends and best practices in learning technologies and apply them to your daily work
• Develop exercises and learning activities, that enhance the learning process for our employees
• Create supporting training materials and media such as audio, video or simulations to make the learning experience even more immersive
• Design e-learning nuggets with state-of-the-art tools
• Design and create videos, power points, mobile learning content
• Re-invent, visualize the modernization of existing eLearning materials
Nice to have:
• Completed studies in educational technology, instructional design or a comparable degree
• 2 years of experience in digital production of learnings and trainings
• Fluency in English is required (German or Spanish is an advance)
• Gained working experience and mastered expertise in E-Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) and additional experience with visual design software (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge is an advantage
