Customer Service Representative (Polish speaking)

Job description

Our multinational client is looking for a new Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative colleague to further expand their team.

 

Our partner has a history of almost 40 years on the market overall and their presence in Hungary dates back to 2006. They are experts in the field of beauty care and different wellness solutions.

 

Their modern, newly renovated office is located in the 12th district, in an easily accessible location, but it is entirely possible to work fully remotely.

 

 

Main tasks:

  • Answering calls and chat messages from customers and distributors
  • Providing product and order information and resolving product and order problems
  • Tracking or modifying data in the system
  • Keeping in touch with other departments
  • Participating in trainings

Requirements:

 

  • University degree is a plus
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills (Hungarian is not a must)
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
