Yours tasks as a Collection Specialist:

• Be involved in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary
• Collection management & dunning
• Customer disputes
• AR Closing and periodical activities
• Ad hoc business request
• Discover, evaluate, and resolve issues,
• Identify and work on process improvements
• Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
• Coach and train junior team members

Nice to have:

• Minimum of 0.5 year of experience in collection services
• College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance)
• Fluent English and Italian
• Strong customer orientation
