 Global real estate company is looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant.

Your tasks will be as a Business Intelligence Consultant:
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in existing account processes and work with existing manager and other internal stakeholders to determine how to improve
• Proactively develop and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
• Project improvement
• Support transitions
• Design a proactive business performance reporting structure
• Data structure improvement and automation
• Deliver recurring business performance reports
• Drive interpreting and improving lease data quality
• Drive BI development projects for producing automated BI reports in flexible and interactive environment
• Control the extension of Business Intelligence models to new clients
• Comply with all Client and the company’s internal processes and service quality controls
• Design and control Business Efficiency models: Service Efficiency & Governance Books, Team Resource Maps, Productivity Indicators

Requirements:
• BSC/MSC degree is required
• 3 years’ experience in Data processing in international environment
• Reporting or Data visualization experience
• Fluent English
• Excel knowledge
• Power BI experience is an advantage
