Spanish leading company in the wholesale building material industry is looking for a Business Development Manager. The future leader is going to be involved in business development related day by day activities in order to establish and extend the Hungarian presence.
In this position you will have the opportunity to build up and manage a team, furthermore, to participate in originating a client portfolio for the Hungarian region. You will also have the chance to participate in process improvement and setting up the Hungarian operation.

What you will be doing as a Business Development Manager:
• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Hungarian region
• Active participation in business development and the acquisition of new clients
• Management of the existing sales and later new joiner colleagues
• Monitor the performance of the sales and further motivate them in their sales activities
• Participation in the recruitment process
• Report to the Spanish General Manager
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Hungarian native level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales field in a leading role
• Experience required in the building materials or construction sector, preferably from the aluminium sector
• Completed university studies
• Expertise in technical calculations in case of need/use of Autocad
• Availability for a 2-month-long training in the Spanish headquarter
• Willingness to occasional travels in Hungary and for the annual meeting in Spain
• Desired background: Engineering/Technical Architecture
