Job summary:
• Drive Monthly Operational review and Bi-weekly project review with the Alliance Control Center
• Participate to RCCP meetings
• Implement and follow tasks of related action tracker / give priority
• Propose points to be escalated to the Alliance MBR and QBR
• Participate occasionally or on demand to Logistic Service Provider’s (LSPs) MBRs and QBRs
• Propose improvements to management system
• Ensure presence of proper stakeholders
• Ensure that Supply Chain Control Tower or Service Delivery expectations are properly addressed
• Be the escalation point on topics that needs continuous improvement for logistics coming from inside or outside of Product delivery. (MPS, O2D, CT, planning…)
• Ensure that all operational activities requested to ACC are in contract scope
• Report any deviation to the management team
• Support control tower team during EOM / EOQ operations
• Control and follow all operational ACC KPI (Data source / calculation methodology / output results)
• Request, coordinate, support and follow any internal or external action plans aimed at reaching KPIs targets gross and net (excluding force majeure)
• Propose recommendations to Head of Logistics for implementation
• Conduct and drive freight settlement audits
• Support ISO and POD audits
• Close any gap in case of missing documentation
• Ariba support / Account payable point of contact
• Vendor creation (MDM)
• Understand logistic cost drivers to participate to continuous improvements and cost reduction initiatives led by vendor managers.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• BSc degree in logistics/supply chain/related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Supply chain / Logistic with Finance experience
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, a relationship builder, with leadership skills already demonstrated through working in cross-functional and international environment.
• Ability to work in matrix organization
• Confident and influential communicator at subordinate, peer and management level
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• A strategic thinker, an innovator, a problem-solver
• Proactive, pragmatic, able to assess multiple options and data sets, and to reach clear decisions, in a changing / challenging environment.
• Proficient in Excel
• SAP/Ariba would be a plus
• APICS certification would be a plus
