Join our multinational partner’s rapidly expanding team as a French speaking Logistics Specialist.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in OTC, logistics, or the export field, and speaks fluent English and intermediate French.
Job summary:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain flows within the assigned region, working closely with markets, factories, distribution centers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage the full export order cycle—from order receipt to delivery—including data entry, documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure all transport and logistics activities meet budget expectations, timelines, and contractual agreements.
- Maintain availability, accuracy, and compliance of all required export and regulatory documents.
- Contribute to monthly revenue objectives while preventing stockouts and prioritizing market needs.
- Act as the key interface between clients, suppliers, forwarders, and transport partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal/external procedures, audits, and international trade regulations.
- Keep export procedures updated and ensure consistent compliance across stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- Broad understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes and compliance
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in International Trade/ Transportation
- Fluent English, and intermediate French knowledge
- Knowledge in customs and tax rules
- Hands-on experience of SAP
- Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills, financial acumen
