We are looking for a Polish Speaking Inside Sales Specialist for our multinational partner to ensure proactive service delivery and end to end order management.
The ideal candidate has minimum1-2 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, B2B Customer Service role and is fluent in Polish and English as well.
Job summary:
- Efficiently manage the end-to-end order process within SAP, including accurate data entry, processing, and task management to ensure timely fulfilment of business objectives.
- Provide exceptional, professional support to our customers via email and occasional phone contact in the required local language(s), handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively track and communicate the status of orders across the entire lifecycle, from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring transparency and addressing potential delays.
- Collaborate closely with the local sales teams to support sales efforts, enhance customer retention, and drive overall account satisfaction.
- Serve as a central coordinator, collaborating with production, logistics, finance, supply chain, and quality departments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, B2B Customer Service, or a related commercial role.
- Fluency in English and Polish (Proficiency in other languages is an advantage)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. (Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage).
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, coupled with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage the daily workload effectively, and simultaneously be an active, collaborative team player who proactively builds internal networks and asks for help when needed.
