Our client is a reliable and well‑established provider of modern payment solutions, offering secure and seamless electronic payment services for businesses of all sizes.

Their innovative approach is supported by strong international partnerships and long‑standing market experience, ensuring stable, efficient and future‑ready payment processes across both physical and online environments.

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a well‑structured, 15‑member sales and marketing team that is currently in a growth phase. The ideal candidate will enhance and harmonize existing processes and translate the company's strategic objectives—both locally and internationally—into actionable, measurable steps.

The responsibilities would be the following:

  • Define the commercial direction and turn it into clear, measurable annual plans and practical incentive structures
  • Lead and develop a sales and marketing team (15 members, partly‑remote team) ensuring strong performance and stability
  • Build a data‑driven sales setup with transparent processes and a well‑managed, balanced pipeline
  • Monitor KPIs, pursue new revenue opportunities, and maintain a scalable business pipeline
  • Improve workflows and processes to steadily increase conversion rates
  • Implement automation to speed up onboarding and improve customer experience (improve the contracting / quoting system)
  • Oversee marketing activities to strengthen visibility and support sales; ensure reliable CRM usage
  • Support ongoing international expansion efforts (e.g., Slovakia, Romania, Croatia)
  • Continuously refine CRM and reporting processes for better accuracy and efficiency

The ideal candidate:

  • Is an experienced B2B sales leader with a strong track record in driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable commercial results
  • Possesses excellent people‑management capabilities, including mentoring and coaching; prior experience managing partly remote teams is an advantage
  • Has strong business‑level English communication skills and is confident in negotiation settings
  • Brings relevant industry exposure; a background in IT or fintech
  • Demonstrates solid experience in process improvement and optimization, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and strengthening core commercial workflow

What our client offers:

  • A competitive base salary, annual bonus, company car with unrestricted private use, and a comprehensive benefits package
  • A growing organisational unit with real international exposure and development opportunities
  • A workplace where you can genuinely contribute to improvements and innovations — not an overly regulated “giant multinational” environment
  • Home office option – 1 day per week
  • A skilled, cohesive, and stable team looking for its new leader, with approval already granted for future headcount expansion
