Our client is an integrated marketing agency with a strong focus on print and POS production management, particularly within retail environments and multi-country campaigns.

On their behalf, we are currently looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join the Hungarian team of this internationally minded, strategically focused agency.

The local team consists of 7 professionals and operates as part of the CEE region, working on regular cross-country projects and serving regional clients.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step toward a position with leadership responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

A hybrid role combining Account Management, Project Management, and Production oversight, with scope to grow into broader responsibility

  • End-to-end ownership of client accounts, acting as the primary contact from brief to delivery
  • Hands-on coordination of retail marketing projects, including print, POS, and retail fixtures
  • Management of timelines, budgets, suppliers, and production quality
  • Close collaboration with local and international suppliers to ensure smooth execution
  • Strong cross-functional work with internal teams (operations, finance, project teams)

Requirements:

  • Experience (at least 2-3 years) in managing client-facing roles within retail marketing, print, POS or production-heavy agency environments
  • Fluent Hungarian and working-level English
  • Confident communicator who builds trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike
  • Able to handle parallel projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with a structured approach
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in execution, not just coordination
  • Open to travel related to client and production activities (valid driver’s license is a must)
  • Comfortable working in a regional / international setup, adapting to different stakeholders and workflows
