On behalf of our partner, we are looking for an experienced Test Environment Manager who will bring strong coordination expertise, commit long‑term, and work as part of a collaborative, technology‑focused team.

The role focuses on the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of complex test environments, ensuring their full availability and stability for ongoing testing activities. The new team member will play a key role in planning, coordinating and monitoring all related tasks, working closely with QA, development and release stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation, maintenance and updating of test environments
  • Coordinate tasks across technical and project teams
  • Plan, monitor and track environment‑related activities and deliverables
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of environment issues
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between QA, development and release teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Management with strong QA involvement, or background as a Release Train Manager
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • English level: B1
  • Structured, proactive approach
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups effectively
