Our multinational partner company is looking for a Junior Research Analyst colleague for their team.

The Research Analyst delivers data‑driven insights to support both strategic and day‑to‑day decision‑making across multiple departments. The role involves conducting primary and desktop research, preparing analyses and ad‑hoc reports, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of relevant experience, and intermediate English and Hungarian knowledge.

Your tasks will be as a Junior Research Analyst:

  • Updating recurrent KPI reports of the company's CEE’s linear brands
  • Working with big data and taking part in creating summaries for decision makers
  • Supporting marketing, programming, ad-sales and distribution activities with consolidating telemetry data and other research to actionable reports and insights
  • Presenting results of the analysis conducted in regular and project meetings
  • Conducting competitors’ analysis
  • Managing brand research studies and other primary research projects
  • Supporting internal and external audits for areas of responsibility
  • Supporting various projects: testing implementations related accounting in BC requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding the logic of television audience measurement
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Some knowledge of the CEE TV markets especially channels, brands, genres, formats, program titles
  • English and Hungarian knowledge
  • PowerBI knowledge is a strong plus
