We are looking for a colleague for our international partner company for the following position:
Senior Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with business and technology teams on trading strategy implementations.
Developing core systems such as messaging architectures, data analysis applications and end‑user tools that support middle‑ and back‑office operations, as well as trading platforms.
Leading development efforts across the entire product lifecycle with a team of talented engineers.
Performing manual and automated testing to validate application behavior.
Optimizing and monitoring critical path performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshooting production issues quickly and efficiently.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a high‑performing, collaborative engineering culture.
Developing sophisticated proprietary tools and technologies that directly impact the firm’s trading profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Java, Go or Python.
5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and flexibility when working with different technologies.
Familiarity with Linux platforms.
Ability to work effectively across business, operations and technology teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with manual and automated testing approaches is a plus.
