Our German multinational partner company is looking for a Senior Digital Learning Production Specialist colleague for their growing SSC. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital learning production and training development.

Your tasks will be as a Senior Digital Learning Production Specialist:

  • Design and deliver high‑quality digital learning solutions in close collaboration with regional learning and business stakeholders
  • Own the end‑to‑end development of digital learning content (e‑learning, videos, presentations, mobile learning, simulations)
  • Translate learning needs into effective, audience‑focused learning journeys and instructional concepts
  • Create engaging, interactive, and multimedia‑rich learning experiences using modern tools and technologies
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Europe to develop relevant and impactful training materials
  • Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement of digital learning services and processes
  • Stay current with learning technology trends and integrate innovations into learning solutions
  • Initiate, lead, and contribute to learning‑related projects and HR learning service development
  • Actively identify improvement opportunities and support their implementation
  • Coach and mentor junior digital learning colleagues and support onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain learning documentation and communicate process updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Represent digital learning capabilities within the regional learning community and take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital learning production and training development
  • Strong hands‑on experience with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate suite) and multimedia/video design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design principles and learning technologies
  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects in an agile environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong capability to translate business needs into effective, engaging learning solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑focused mindset
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
  • Fluent English knowledge.
