Payroll Supervisor
Our prominent and stable healthcare partner company with German background is looking for a Payroll Team Leader to join and lead a well-established, high-performing in-house payroll team of five. In addition to team leadership, the role primarily involves acting as a subject matter expert in payroll and social security administration for approximately 2,700 employees. R elevant professional and leadership experience in payroll and social security administration is required, as well as specialized qualification in payroll and social security, and conversational level of English.

Job summary:
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the payroll and labor administration team.
- Optimize payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Actively participate in payroll processing and time data management.
- Utilize the NEXON payroll system and its modules as a subject matter expert.
- Support other departments with labor law and payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare and submit tax and contribution reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Maintain communication with authorities and external partners.
- Generate payroll and workforce statistics and reports.
- Monitor and implement changes in labor and payroll legislation.
- Prepare internal reports and analyses.
- Coordinate internal communication on labor-related topics.
Key requirements:
- University degree
- Relevant qualification in payroll, social security, and labor administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and labor administration
- Proven leadership experience
- Proficiency in NEXON payroll software
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy, reliability, and a structured work approach
- Flexibility and resilience
