Job summary:
- Manage incoming cases to customer support (by email, later on phone support), many of the customer questions are regarding the cool products of the company
- Proactively help customers through a desire to constantly improve processes
- Bring real customer insights to the E-commerce team
- Help in developing AI tools to raise customer satisfaction
Key requirements:
- Strong intermediate English + strong intermediate French
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- If you have some (1-3 years) relevant experience, it is a plus
- Front office experience is a plus
- Team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills
