Role Overview
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date lease and property data to support effective operational and financial portfolio management for corporate occupier clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in data processing or real estate operations in an international environment
Language Skills
- English: Upper‑intermediate
- Dutch: Intermediate
- Other European languages are a plus

- Strong IT skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Reliable, flexible, and well‑organized
- Able to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Follow client and internal processes and quality standards
- Deliver agreed service levels on time
Daily Tasks
- Manage own workload and support team members when needed
- Work closely with internal partners and service teams
- Complete mandatory trainings and continuously build knowledge in service areas such as Data Management, Account Management, Finance, and Helpdesk
- Support all service areas with assigned tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Review real estate leases and related documents; maintain correct lease and property records
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports
- Process, validate, and reconcile invoices
- Handle queries and monitor shared mailboxes
- Take part in meetings and conference calls
- Support team backup processes and keep documentation up to date
- Update activity trackers and communicate any delivery risks on time
