We are looking for a new colleague to join the BPO division of our multinational partner as a Team Coordinator in a newly established team of 5.


The ideal candidate has about 5 years of experience in collections.

If you have already gained experience in coordinating a team professionally, that is a strong advantage. However, if you haven’t had the chance yet but are eager to take on such a challenge, we still encourage you to apply!

Your tasks will be as a Team Coordinator:

  • Managing the daily work of the collections and disputes team.
  • Monitor service level targets, success rates, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with client contacts to handle escalations, share reports, and solve disputes.
  • Make sure customer messages and templates are consistent across different countries.
  • Hold weekly team meetings, provide training, and review team performance.
  • Create summary dashboards and reports for the client.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English knowledge (other European language knowledge is a plus)
  • 5 years collection experience ideally in international B2B environments.
  • Team coordinator experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of GDPR and local regulations.
  • Strong skills in organizing tasks and preparing reports.
