On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Experienced Sales Engineer who has proven track record (preferably also at the level of cross-border sales)

Our partner provides its customers a comprehensive supply chain solution, including sourcing, quality control, and logistics solutions for mainly C-parts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure business development and product developments through active market presence
  • Asses market information and identify new partners
  • International presence: representing the company at trade fairs, active participation in international tenders
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them through understanding their needs
  • Process enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations and contracting
  • Take part in professional exhibitions and forums
  • Track important sales figures to monitor ongoing progress

 

Requirements:

  • Having more than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position (deep understanding of the electronics field)
  • Deep understanding of the European market dynamism (knowledge beyond domestic expertise is expected)
  • English is a “must have” – the whole recruitment process is conducted by foreign colleagues
  • Ability to build and maintain prosperous relationships with clients
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Independence, responsibility, and resistance to stress
