People-oriented Swedish-based partner company, specializing in the health industry, is looking for an RTR Team Lead for their accounting team.
Your tasks will be as an RTR Team Leader:
- Motivates and supports a team of 7
- Assists with recruitment activities and onboarding of new employees.
- Provides guidance, resolves escalations, and ensures work quality and compliance with procedures.
- Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and follows up on deadlines and service targets.
- Tracks team results and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the team.
- Maintains month-end closing controls and reconciliation activities.
- Supports accounting operations, particularly during peak workloads or complex issue resolution.
- Participates in and supports system or process implementations.
- Attend role-related training sessions and professional discussions.
- Keeps up to date with relevant accounting standards and procedures.
- Supports testing, implementation, and setup of new projects and processes within IBOF.
- Identifies and supports continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Maintains up-to-date process documentation and work instructions.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, other departments, and external partners.
- Supports internal and external audit activities.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of broad accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities.
- BSC/MSC degree
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to details, motivational skills
- IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency, and ERP system knowledge
